Prof Faustin Kamuzora is a Tanzanian retired Senior Civil Servant with 36 years’ experience in public service, undertaking various administrative and capacity development activities. Prior to his appointment as the Board Chairman of UTTAMIS in August 2024 by Her Excellency President of the United Republic of Tanzania Dr. Samia S. Hassan, he served as the Regional Administrative Secretary (RAS) for Kagera Region from January 2019 to July 2022 when he retired. Prior to that, he was a Permanent Secretary Ministry of Works, Transport and Communication, Union and Environment-Vice Presidents Office and Policy and Coordination-Prime Ministers Office from January 2016 to January 2019.He has also served as a Deputy Vice Chancellor-Administration and Finance at the Mzumbe University for eight years. He is a Director in various Local Boards and has published widely in various multidisciplinary local and international journals, has authored four books and is a consultant at local and International level.

Prof. Kamuzora holds holds a PHD in Informatics (2006) from University of Bradford, United Kingdom), MSc-Agricultural Economics (1996) from University of North Carolina and BSc-Agriculture (1987) from Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania.

Dr. Judica Loti King’ori is a Senior Lecturer Department of Accounting, University of Dar es Salaam Business School. She has made various publications in professional journals and books on matters concerning Accountancy and Auditing, including Auditing Theory and Practice, International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) Integrated published by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors, Burnout and Auditor Work Behaviors in Tanzanian public accounting firm-Business Management Review Vol 10(1) pp 106-125 and Internal Audit Environment in Tanzania Economic Trends. TET: A Biannual Review of the Economy. Vol 19(2), December, 2006 (Co-authored with U. Swai). She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration, Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (USA), a Certified Public Accountant CPA(T) and a Certified Auditor by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors.

Mr. Mwankenja is an Assistant Director-Planning Section of the Ministry of Finance and Planning. He has fifteen years (15) of working experience as Planner and Policy Analyst in the Infrastructure and Services sectors (Energy, Transport and Finance having worked with the Ministry of Finance and Planning, Planning Commission and Presidents Delivery Bureau. Among his personal achievements includes being actively engaged in the drafting of the Tanzania Long Term Perspective Plan (LTTP) 2011/12 – 2025/26, the Tanzania Five Year Development Plan (2011/12 – 2015/16),participation in preparation of Transport Strategy and Road Sector Development Programme for EAC Countries, engaged in preparation of a road map for operationalization of an efficient National Delivery Unit and the Lab Approach for Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of National Development Projects/ Programmes, member of Secretariat to the Chief Secretary’s appointed Taskforce that was charged to set up the President’s Delivery Bureau (PDB) and preparing the first wave of Labs as part of implementing the Government’ Big Results Now initiative on six identified National Key Results Areas (NKRAs), awarded a certificate of recognition by Rt. Hon. Mizengo Peter Pinda, Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania for participating in the first wave of lab as facilitator in the Energy Lab from February – April, 2013, engaged in drafting of the Second National Five Years Development Plan (2016/17 – 2020/21) and Member of Taskforce appointed by Chief Secretary in May 2022 to review the existing planning and coordination process within Government machinery and recommend best ways of improving Government’s service delivery. He holds a Master of Arts (International Development Policy) from the University of Bradford-UK.

Mr. Paul Maganga is a retired Banker, having worked with the Bank of Tanzania for 33 years in various capacities including as a Principal Financial Analyst, Manager Domestic Market and Associate Director Domestic Market. He is an expert in financial analysis, monetary policies and investment. He currently works as an Assistant Lecturer at Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA). Mr. Maganga is also a Member of the Audit Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism and has been involved in significant roles such as being a Member of the Technical Team of National Debt Committee, EAC – Macroeconomic Affairs Committee, Member of the Bond Market Development Committee (BMDC), participated on the Debt Sustainability Analysis (DSA EAC, Chair of the EAC Capital Markets Technical team on Capital Market Infrastructure (CMI) project which has been developed to link all the Stock Exchanges platform in EAC to mention a few. Academically, He is a holder of an MBA(Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam.

Ms. Neema Jones is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania in private practice. She is a legal expert with wide experience in in credit appraisal, legal documentation for loans, loan recovery process, drafting and vetting of business contracts, labour matters, management of legal and regulatory risk, corporate and good governance and Company Secretarial duties having worked with Equity Bank (Tanzania) Ltd, KCB Bank Tanzania ltd and currently SF Group of Companies Ltd. Ms. Neema has also worked with a private law firm where she was exposed to variety of legal transactions. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam
